LIVERPOOL MUSIC SCENE!

Liverpool's dynamic and energetic, live, music scene, can not be equalled by any other city. Local bands and artists enthusiastically showcase their musical talents to as many people as they can, and due to public demand, there are progressively more venues implementing their needs.

If you want to drench yourself in pure, unadulterated, raw, live music, then get yourself to Liverpool as quickly as humanly possible. There is a storm brewing here. Sadly, people often associate number one bands and artists with quality, but anyone with half a brain can look at the number ones in Britain throughout the years to see this is usually a myth.

It is up to us as music lovers to right these wrongs once and for all, but how do we go about it? Well, as Woody Allen once mentioned, eighty percent of success is showing up. Giving support and encouragement, actively challenging the major record companies (who are in a terrible state of affairs at the moment), and also challenging music venues to make sure Unsigned bands are getting a fair deal.

There are unfortunately a lot of lazy managers out there who would rather bask in their artists/band glory than actually to any work. This has to stop now. Do you have the necessary skills to manage a Liverpool band? Could you arrange it for musicians to play in your country (find venues etc)? Are you web savvy? What skills do you have to help out and how could you fulfill this role?

I have compiled my top 10, hard working, unsigned Liverpool bands and artists (across genres) that MUST be seen to be believed. I will be interviewing each one, installing a music player and placing links to their websites.
